Over 1,000 racing fans attended ‘behind the scenes’ tours during the annual Malton Open Day on Sunday, September 10th 2023. The day saw 11 racehorse trainers open their yards to help raise funds for charity, Racing Welfare. Those trainers participating in the annual event included Richard Fahey, John Quinn and Tim Easterb. Racing Welfare Supporters to Hike and Climb over 1,500 Meters
Racing Welfare supporters are set to come together this Saturday (8th July) to raise funds for the well-respected charity. The determined supporters will all be hiking 25 miles and climbing over 1,500 meters as they tackle Yorkshire’s famous three peaks of Ingleborough, Pen-y-ghent and Whernside in just 12 hours.
