The exciting and unbeaten Lazzat, winner of all of his five races, including last weekend’s Group 3 Prix Paul De Moussac at Longchamp as well as the Group 3 Prix Djebel, is among four supplementary entries added to Goffs London Sale, which takes place on Monday 17 June, the eve of Royal Ascot. The Jerome Reynier trained three-year-old (Lot 25) looks a Group 1 horse in the making and one to contend many of the world’s richest horse racing purses.

Also added to Monday’s top-class catalogue are three more Royal Ascot entrants. Johnny Murtagh’s three-time winner and Listed placed Asian Daze (Lot 22) will target the Sandringham Stakes, while Raw Ability (Lot 23) from Eric McNamara, who won convincingly on debut at Gowran Park ten days ago, goes for the Hampton Court Stakes. The Jessica Harrington trained Cruden (Lot 24) is a very promising staying prospect, having won an 11-furlong maiden at Limerick going away on his last start, and he goes for the King George V Stakes on Thursday at the Royal Meeting.

These latest entries bring the number of Royal Ascot prospects among the 23 Lots to be offered for sale to 14. Goffs wishes to remind prospective buyers looking to purchase a Royal Ascot runner that they must be registered as owners before the sale in order for the change of ownership to be transferred on the day.

All lots are sold, including Lazzat, with a pre-sale vetting, with the exception of Sparkling Plenty, a recent Group 2 winner and a leading contender for this weekend’s Group 1 Prix de Diane at Chantilly.  Access to the sale is strictly by invitation only and any prospective purchasers should contact Goffs to register their interest.  Agent’s commission of 5% will be offered once again and will be paid to the successful purchaser if they are a recognised bloodstock agent and/or licenced trainer.

Pedigrees, conformation videos and race footage can all be viewed on Goffs.com.
